There is a new way to experience the atmosphere of the Cangrande Hotel: comfortably at the Bar, our new service open every evening from 5 p.m., designed to welcome both hotel guests and those passing through Lazise who want to treat themselves to a moment of taste and relaxation. The ideal place for an outdoor aperitif or an informal aperitif dinner, surrounded by history and nature.
White, red or rosé. Still or sparkling. At the Cangrande Hotel Bar, there is a wine for every taste, produced by our Azienda Agricola Girasole winery. Each glass tells a story of Lake Garda, and each sip is an invitation to slow down and savour the authentic flavours of the region.
Our tastings are accompanied by platters full of selected products: cold cuts and cheeses from Monte Baldo and nearby Lessinia, delicious morsels prepared on the spot, small samples that enhance fragrances and flavours.
In addition to wine, you can also enjoy our prized Garda oil, produced with olives from our Grigola olive grove in the hills of Bardolino.
At the end of the tasting, if you wish, you can purchase the products you have tasted in our shop, and if you want to continue your food and wine journey among the local flavours, we will be happy to recommend the best restaurants in Lazise, just a few steps from our hotel.
On our spacious terrace we organize dances, art and classic car exhibitions, and live music to animate your stay, with an open invitation to take part. You could also explore the countryside surrounding the lake, ascend 2000 metres up Monte Baldo, or visit the city of Verona where you might want to see an opera or music concert at the Verona Arena or Roman Theatre.
